Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb (250g) Padrón peppers (or shishito peppers as a substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt to taste

Instructions:

Preparing the Pimientos de Padrón:

  1. Heat the Oil:
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Fry the Peppers:
