  • 1 tablespoon rice wine (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preparing the Marinade:

  1. Mix the Marinade:
    • In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated pear, rice wine (if using), and black pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.

Marinating the Beef:

    • If using carrots, add them to the pan during the last few minutes of cooking and stir-fry until tender.
