Instructions:
- Prepare the Meat Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

- Layer the Musaka:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a large baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish. Add a layer of the cooked meat mixture on top of the potatoes. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of potatoes on top.
- Prepare the Topping:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and milk until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake the Musaka:
- Pour the egg and sour cream mixture evenly over the layered potatoes and meat in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve:
- Let the musaka cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot, with a side of fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
