Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, boiled and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 pickles, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparing the Ingredients

  1. Boil the Vegetables:
    • Wash and peel the potatoes and carrot.
    • In a large pot, boil the potatoes and carrot until tender. The potatoes will take about 15-20 minutes, and the carrot will take about 10-15 minutes.
