Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced

- Tomato pickle (achar)
- Cucumber slices
Instructions:
- Prepare the Meat:
- In a large bowl, combine the mustard oil, ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, and salt.
- Add the thinly sliced meat and mix well to coat the meat evenly with the spices.
- Let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Dry the Meat:
- Arrange the marinated meat slices on a drying rack or hang them in a well-ventilated area.

- Once the meat is fully dried, heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

- Garnish with fresh cilantro and green onions.
